CCV CPV Ag Test
Purpose: CPV CCV Antigen Combined is a highly contagious virus that commonly causes Gl disease in young,
unvaccinated dogs. Presenting signs include anorexia,lethargy,vomiting,and diarrhea,which is often hemorrhagic.
Principle: Immunochromatographic assay
Specimen: Fresh feces
Assay Time: 5-10 minutes

Collect the cat's eye and nasal secretions with a cotton swab. Make the swab well moistened. Note: Collect ocular secretions from the upper and lower eye faces, please avoid discharge from the corners of the eyes. Insert the wet swab into the plastic tube with buffer solution provided and stir to mix well.
2. Place the test plate on a clean, flat surface. Add 2 drops of sample mix (approximately 80 μL) vertically with a dropper to the sample well (S) of the test plate and start timing as shown below.
3. Results are interpreted at 5 minutes and invalidated after 10 minutes.
Positive: The presence of both C band and T band, no matter T band is clear or vague. Negative: Only clear C band appears. Invalid: No colored band appears in C zone, no matter whether T band appears.
The kit can be stored at room temperature (2-30°C). The test kit is stable through the expiration date (24 months) marked on the foil pouch. DO NOT FREEZE. Do not store the test kit in direct sunlight.
4.PRECAUTIONS
For best results, please strictly adhere to these instructions. -All reagents must be placed at room temperature before running the assay. -Do not remove test cassette from its pouch until immediately before use. -Do not reuse the test kit. -Do not use the test beyond its expiration date marked on the foil pouch. -The components in this kit have been quality control tested as standard batch unit. Do not mix components from different lot numbers.
5.LIMITATION
Vivatest Feline Infectious Peritonitis Ag Test is only an auxiliary tool for determining the FIPV disease. It is used to detect the FIP-triggerred Coronavirus and can only be considered as an in vitro rapid diagnostic reference for veterinarians in practice. FIPV is a complex immunity disorder disease and is very difficult to be detected out by only one method. Vets should also consider about the clinical symptoms in practice and results from other diagnostic tools to give a comprehensive judgement.

5.How to clean the filter?
Periodicity routine maintenance is required.
On the back of the unit, there are two filters. First foam filter and secondary air suction filter.
Both filter need to take off and clean once a week. You can wash it with soap and water.Be sure to thoroughly dry the filter
before replacing.
6. Can you provide sample?
