Transparent Sterile Thin Wall PCR Tube 8 Strip 0.1ml 0.2ml for Laboratory
Features on BKMAM ISO certificated plastic 8 strip PCR tubes:
- ethylene oxide sterile: EO sterilization machine available in BKMAM factory and all pipette tips sterile by E0 gas
- untra-thin and uniform wall thickness and smooth surface on the PCR tube ensure the heat is evenly transferred to the sample in the PCR tube to achieve the accuracy of the experimental results.
- Fully autoclavable: 8 strip PCR tubes are autoclavable at 121ºC for 20 minutes.
- CE ISO certificate available: All BKMAM pipette tips are produced in Class 100,000 Clean work shop, matched with ISO standard and passed CE certificate
- Various types available : single PCR tube, 8-strip PCR tube, 96 well PCR plate for your choice

Application of 8 strip plastic PCR tubes:

Comparison between PCR single tube and Micro centrifuge tube: Similarities: generally both pp material, same shape (appearance) and both of capacity capacity of 0.1ml, 0.2ml and 0.5ml
Differences:
PCR tubes mainly used for PCR experiment
Micro centrifuge tubes mainly used for centrifuge experiment
The biggest difference is that the tube wall of micro centrifuge tube is generally thicker in order to ensure the requirements of centrifugation, while the tube wall of PCR tube is thinner in order to ensure the speed and uniformity of heat transfer. Therefore, in practical application, We do not recommend mixing the two, because the thinner PCR tube may burst because it cannot bear large centrifugal force. Similarly, the thicker micro centrifugal tube affects the effect of PCR because of slow and uneven heat transfer.
