Product Description
Used for qualitative detection of Vibrio parahaemolyticus in food
Based on the real-time PCR technique, primers, fluorescent probes and other reagents for the reaction of Vibrio parahaemolyticus specific genes were added to the samples for amplification. In the amplification process, the fluorescent probe is combined with the target gene fragment, which can be decomposed by Taq enzyme and produce a fluorescent signal. At this time, the fluorescence quantitative PCR instrument can identify the fluorescence signal, and draw the corresponding real-time amplification curve according to its strength change, so as to determine whether Vibrio parahaemolyticus is detected.
-20ºC avoid light, valid for 12 months, avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Sensitivity:
Minimum Test limit of 100 CFU/Test
Other required materials and applicable instruments:
fluorescent quantitative PCR instrument (with fluorescent channel capable of detecting FAM label), high-speed centrifuge, pipette, pipette tip and centrifuge tube, etc
