Porcine Reproductive and Respiratory Syndrome Vaccine, LiveGENERIC NAME:
Porcine Reproductive and Respiratory Syndrome Vaccine, Live (CH-1R Strain)
COMPOSITION:
Porcine Reproductive and Respiratory Syndrome Virus ≥ 105.0TCID50/dose.
CHARACTERISTIC:
Yellow-white sponge-like loose clusters, rapidly dissolves in PBS to form a uniform suspension.
INDICATION(S):
The product is used for the prevention of porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome. The duration of immunity is 4 months.
ADMINISTRATION AND DOSAGE:
Administered via intramuscular injection in the neck. Immunization for piglets at 3-4 weeks of age is 1 dose/head, and for sows, immunization is recommended one week before mating at 2 doses/head.
SPECIAL WARNING IF NECESSARY:
  1. Pig farms applying this vaccine for the first time should conduct a preliminary trial on a small group.
  2. Exercise caution when using on breeding boars.
  3. Strictly disinfect the injection site.
  4. Vaccine vials and related equipment must be thoroughly disinfected after use.
  5. Vaccination is prohibited within 30 days before slaughter.
  6. Use under the guidance of a veterinarian.
  7. The vaccine's efficacy against variant strains has not been tested; therefore, its effectiveness against variant strains remains undetermined

(1) Classic lentogenic virus strain with extremely high safety: The farrowing is still good after the pregnant sows were vaccinated with a high dosage.
(2) Stable genetic traits: The CH-1R strain is classic lentogenic virus and gentical stable, the seed strain is passaged for more than 100 generations. The homology between the virus before and after passage is 99.2%.
(3) Stable antigen titer: small batch difference and brown vaccine bottles prevent UV damage to vaccine potency.
(4) Challenge test showed the product has cross protective effect on mutant strains.
(5) Triple detections of raw materials, production processes, and finished products to ensure no contamination by mycoplasma or other exogenous pathogens.
