Product Description
The Newcastle Disease Virus Antigen Rapid Test is a lateral flow immunochromatographic assay for the qualitative detection of Newcastle Disease virus antigen (NDV Ag) in secretions from bird's trachea, cloaca, or feces.
Detection time: 5-10 minutes.

-Use a cotton swab to collect the secretions or feces of the trachea or cloaca of birds, and make the cotton swab fully wet.
-Insert the swab into the test buffer tube provided. Stir it to obtain an effective sample extraction.
-Remove the test device from the aluminum foil bag and place it horizontally.
-Draw the treated sample extract from the assay buffer tube and drop 3 drops into the sample hole "s" of the test equipment.
-Interpret the results within 5-10 minutes. The results after 10 minutes are considered invalid
The kit can be stored at room temperature (2-30°C). The test kit is stable through the expiration date (18 months) marked on the package label. DO NOT FREEZE. Do not store the test kit in direct sunlight.
