[INTENDED USE]
Used for the qualitative detection of IgM/IgG antibodies to Cytomegalo virus
(CMV) in human serum/plasma/whole blood to determine if someone is
infected by Cytomegalo virus (CMV).
Cytomegalo virus (CMV) may cause the fetal women abortion, even cause
congenital defects or developmental disorders.
Positive: *Two lines appear. One colored line should be in the control
region (C), and another apparent colored line adjacent should be in the test
region (T).
Negative: One colored line appears in the control region (C). No line
appears in the test region (T).
Invalid: Control line fails to appear. Insufficient specimen volume or
incorrect procedural techniques are the most likely reasons for control line
failure. Review the procedure and repeat the test using a new test cassette.
If the problem persists, discontinue using the lot immediately and contact
your local distributor.
