Product Description
Monkeypox Virus (MPV) Detection Kit (PCR Fluorescence Probing) is designed to detect DNA from MPV in specimens such as serum or plasma, vesicular or pustular lesion fluid collected from individuals. The kit is based on real-time PCR fluorescence technology, and the specific primers and corresponding fluorescent probes target to the conserved region of MPV are designed for highly specific detection. By detecting the fluorescent signals changes, the MPV nucleic acid from specimen can be qualitatively detected.
The Monkeypox Virus Real Time PCR kit is used for the detection of Monkeypox virus in serum or lesion exudate samples by using real time PCR systems
